Mark Stunden is a highly respected and in demand advocate and Nationally Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS), having been in private practice at the Queensland Bar since 1996.

He has been recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a recommend junior counsel for commercial litigation and as a leading Queensland mediator.

Mark has considerable experience in conducting major corporate and commercial litigation. As a mediator he has extensive experience in the resolution of substantial and complex commercial disputes.

Mark has a deep interest in alternative dispute resolution. He has been appointed to the inaugural Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal’s Mediation Panel and also holds appointments from the Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority under the Farm Business Debt Mediation Act as an accredited farm debt mediator; and from the Queensland Small Business Commissioner mediating retail lease and small business disputes.

Mark regularly presents and teaches on mediation advocacy at the Queensland Bar Association Bar Practice Course.
